Indoor Sales Coordinator (Based in Klang)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the Sales department.
- Answering incoming calls, attend to customers.
- Assist and provide administrative support to sales team in handling day-to-day local and international sales enquiries.
- To coordinate and process daily sales order.
- Process, monitor and follow up on contract or quotation.
- Liaise with warehouse, shipping agent, purchasing and sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in preparation of shipping documentation.
- To make sales appointment for the Sales Team.
- To issue sales invoices and ensure all cash payments bank in accordingly.
- To arrange daily sales activity schedule.
- To entertain customers on any enquiries on the products and services.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English (spoken & written).
- Must have strong sense towards sales field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Full-Time positions available.
- At least 1 year working experience (preference given for working experience in sales or marketing environment)
- Pleasant personality, good communication skills.
- Must be mature and responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Those without qualification but with experience in Sales can apply.
- Good personality and a Team player.
